Josh Whatley Groom's cake

What a fine young man. Some of Josh's hobbies are flower and vegetable gardening. To incorporate both, we chose two separate cake flavors and icing. The top two tiers were red velvet with cream cheese icing. The bottom two tiers were chocolate chunk fudge cake with chocolate caramel ganache as a filling along with chocolate buttercream. To achieve the appearance of dirt, I rolled over fudge chocolate cookies and sprinkled on the chocolate buttercream. The flowers were made from sugar paste and the vegetables were made from either modeling chocolate or marzipan.
